Clint Eastwood’s wife considers filing for divorce

According to new reports, Clint Eastwood’s wife Dina Ruiz is said to be mulling the prospect of a divorce from the star.

Dina Eastwood has gone into rehab in Arizona in a bid to treat her anxiety and depression, and has linked her worries to the fact that her marriage is “on the rocks.”

The couple have been married since 1996 and, according to TMZ, have been having “serious marital issues” for months. Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood, 82, is said to believe that the marriage can still be saved, however he was pictured at last week’s Tribeca Film Festival without his wedding ring.

Trouble has plagued the couple, with many issues stemming from the invasion of privacy that came about as a result of Dina’s now canceled E! reality show, ‘Mrs Eastwood and company.’ Last November, the National Enquirer reported that: “Clint Eastwood is secretly living apart from his much-younger wife Dina Ruiz.” Eastwood was said to be “deeply embarrassed that Dina was dragging his private life into a sleazy reality TV show, and they started fighting over it,” the publication went on to say.

The couple have a 16-year-old daughter, Morgan, together, whilst Clint has seven children in total by five different women. The actor – who most recently appeared in Robert Lorenz’s baseball movie ‘The Trouble With The Curve’ – has been married three times.
