I am getting a divorce and have 3 children. My husband is a drug user and he wants to sign over all rights so he does not have to pay child supporticon. I am all fine with him signing over all rights because i dont want that type of person in my kids life. I guess my question is will the courts let him do this if i agree? And will he have to pay child support once his does this? We are in florida and this is his second marraige and he signed over all rights to his kid from that marriage and did not have to pay child support. This was 10 years ago.
