    Default Support Enforcement

Hello. My ex has decided that I don't "deserve" the child supporticon she is supposed to pay, so she has stopped. She has always paid late (about 2 weeks late), but this is too much! I am looking at the state of florida child enforcement application, and it scares me, since it says on the front page, "We will...Review and change the amount of support ordered." I can't afford to have the amount changed! How do I get them not to change the amount? The ex has a new job in another state and now makes less than she did before, but also pays no rent (living w/ her bf). What do I do?

You can make sure the amount is not changed by not using child supporticon enforcement services.

A more safe - but more expensive way would be to use a private attorney to enforce back support.
