confused and scared

ok I am not sure where to begin. My husband and I have 2 kids together a 2 year year old and a 1 year old. I am currently 5 months pregnant with our 3rd. On the 14th him and I got into an argument about him having an attitude. He tried to leave and I blocked the door asking him to talk to me. He then pushed me out of his way. I went to catch myself and accidentally scratched him. 17 hours later he called the cops and I was arrested and booked over night for domestic violence. I was released the next day on ROR. While I was in jail he took everything the kids, the car, all the money and moved back in with his mom. It has now been 8 days. He still has a no contact order on me so I was calling his mom asking her to bring the kids over so I could see them. However, she never has. He filed for an injunction and is talking to a divorce lawyer. I am scared and I do not know what to expect. When will I be able to see my kids? Can the judge throw out the no contact so I can at least call to check on my kids? Do I have a fighting chance to get them? So many questions and I am not sure where to turn.
