    Question Please Help

    My boyfriend is trying to get a divorce from his wife who had been living with her boyfriend for a while and even kicked my boyfriend out to live with hers. He started seeing me long after her ordeal with her boyfriend. She doesn't know about us, but has a suspicion. Can she really contest it if she did the same thing since she's not with her boyfriend anymore?

    Boy is that confusing !

    In Florida, divorce is the sole right of either spouse. You cannot stop your spouse from filing for divorce.
