    Default visitation/ cohabitation issues

I have been in the middle of a divorce for almost a year. One of the main issues I have been having with my ex, is that he plans on moving in with his girlfriend and has had her spend the night during my 5 year old sons visitation. She is not someone who I want spending time around my son, but have no proof of her violent/dangerous behavior. My ex only has our son 2 nights a week and I do not feel that it is proper for my son to see him with different women as has been the case or this particular woman during that time.

How is my son protected from my ex's behavior and what are the chances of having a judgeicon enter a morality clause or no cohabitation clause in my agreement?

That depends on the judgeicon and the area where the case is held.

This is a tough question. But I would say, in the long run, you will not be able to restrict him from having a girlfriend over unless you can prove some dirt on her.
