Default Temporary child support & alimony

Hi! I have been seperated for 3 1/2 months. My husband moved out and says he will file for divorce and still has not. It is $408 to file here in Pasco County, FL. I do not have the money myself to file. I wasn't aware I could apply for temporary alimonyicon and child supporticon. How do I go about applying for this? Any information is appreciated. Thank You

The clerk of court has an application to pay your filing fee in installments.

What you might want to do - instead of a divorce, is to file an application with the Florida Dept of Revenue child supporticon Enforcement. Because you are separated they will open up a child support case for free. This will also happen almost automatically if you apply for any medicaid based services - such as Florida Kidcare.
