Need Help

Married for 17 years with 2 children the wife comes in one evening and says she is leaving. She took all the equipment from a small house cleaning business we own and had all clients make checks payable to her instead of the business. I became ill back in 04 with a bad heart and am unable to work.
So I have the kids and no way to pay the morg, auto loan, utilities, ins. and grocery's. I do recieve disibility which will cover some but not all.
The business is an LLC in both of our names. What can I do ??
Any advice would be appreciated.

Everything has the potential to get straightened out in a divorce. But not without a divorce.

This sounds like you may be able to seek alimony.

The most important thing is to gather some records of the business, bank acct statements, tax returns, etc.
