Default Future Custody and Child Support Issues

Neither me or my ex live in FL any longer. I live in one state with our son and he lives in another state. My ex pays child supporticon that is sent by the FL DOR. Should there be any future child support or custody issues, which state will have jurisdiction, FL or the state that where my son and I have established residency? Thank you.

Florida has continuing jurisdiction until it is shifted to another state. Because no one lives in Florida anymore, you are free to file a modificationicon in the state where you currently live.
