Post Reduce child support due to illness of payer

I have been suffering from RA for years now but was unaware of what it was until last year. I am no longer able to work the way I once could. What are my legal rights to keep me out of legal trouble? I do not want to not pay but I no longer am able to make the money once was. I can barely pay my bills plus I have medical bills also.

It sounds like you have grounds for a modificationicon. But you definitely should not simply stop paying. Depending on your finances, you should seek help filing a Supplemental Petition for Modification.
