    Unhappy Father's access while married

I am married many years. I am not in the house with spouse and 2 kids and my wife will likely change locks upon my return. She has been blocking access to spend time with kids. I do not want to get a divorce, but am curious if I can do anything in court system to ensure I have access to kids (and they will not return my calls). I have no record of any wrongdoing and do not want to force myself into house; but I am contemplating making a police report about her blocking me to home. Thank You....Love my wife...but am getting impatient

Sorry but there is no mechanism to alter rights unless you file a divorce case. One reason is that Florida has no legal separation. But there is the obvious - you can get a locksmith to regain entry, and you have equal rights to the children.
