    Default Needing serious guidence

    My friend as been seperated from his wife for over 3 months. They moved cross country to start a new life. She left him to be with her boyfriend taking there 2 year old son. He has not heard from here or his son until he treatened er with a missing person report for the child. A few days later she sent a certified letter claiming he need to pay child supporticon.

    Is this legal?

    How can he jet around this?

    The letter means nothing.

    But if he does not file a court action soon, the area where the child lives will be the appropriate place to file. He may then be faced with conducting a long distance lawsuit.
