    Default Divorce 'Execution'

In the State of Florida, is a divorce considered 'executed' at time of the signing & notarizing of the settlement agreement or when the judgeicon signs off?

    Default

When the judgeicon signs off. But an exception to that: if your judge is a General Magistrate, the Magistrates order must be followed by a second order - signed by a Circuit Court judge. In that case, the divorce is effective upon signature of the Circuit Court Judge.
