    Default Must both parties agree...

    I want a divorce but my spouse does not. He says I can try to divorce him but he will cry to the judgeicon that he doesn't want this and wants to keep working on the marriage. But I want out, will a FL judge award a divorce if only one party is wanting the divorce.

    Absolutely !


    In Florida, all it takes is one party to testify the marriage is broken. It is the sole right of either party to get a divorce.
