    Default Disability

If everything is agreed to on the settlement agreement between both my soon to be ex-wife and me and the parentingicon agreement is also agreed to...basically we are amicable on the divorce would the fact that she is on disability for mental illness have any factor in which the judgeicon may do anything. Basically, she is a tremendous mother, but if the judge sees that she is on SS disability for her income would the judge not allow her to have joint parenting with me...does that make sense? Would the judge make her take some kind of class or something?

No, I do not think that is a possibility if the two of you think each other is a good parent - and you have an agreement on parentingicon.
