    Question I need helppp!!!

My husband an I got married in Jamaica (where he is from) in 2006. We then moved to the Bahamas (he couldnt come to the United States without a Visa). He left me in 2007 and I havent heard from him since. I moved back to my father's home in Florida in 2008.

I have met someone and we would like to be married. How can I get a divorce if I cannot locate my husband? If it's possible, how long will it take?

Yes, it is possible but it takes just a bit longer. You need to do "service by publication." That involves placing a classified ad in a local publication for 4 weeks. Because the marriage is so short and there are no children - the judgeicon will not be concerned about anything.
