personal belongings
During mediation my ex stated that he had misc hand tools for work in the shed at the home which I lived in and bought him out of. He refused to sign quit claim so I went back to court and the deed was changed into soley my name he was not notified. He returns to my residence to pick up or drop off the child and takes inventory and takes a little something he deems as his each time (he deems a lawn mower a misc hand tool used in masonry) Yesterday he brought his girlfriend over they broke into my shed and she was picking out what she would like (divorce final November 2008) I told her and him to get off my property and had to call the police to have them removed. The police allowed them to take all they had already packed into a truck How can I make this stop? I have increased the security but the police do not see that they are stealing they refer to it as a domestic dispute. He had my daughter break in to the gargage and open the door for him last month so he could get what he wanted. He hoisted her over a 8 ft fence and had her crawl through a dog door. The police said it wasn't a crime because the child lives there full time. So I have not been able to get a conviction.
Sorry for the length but how do I get him to stop using the mediation agreement to get items out of my shed and garage? Do I have to continue to send my child with these criminals?

The police are inconsistent with these types of situations. I believe this is a crime.
Because the police do not want to help, you may want to file a Motion for Contempt and/or and Injunction under the old divorce case number. If you get an order that everything is separated and that he needs to stay away - the police will follow the order.
