contested divorce
my husband of 26 years and i have agreed we do not have a marraige. I have many medical problems, and he has been declared disable. He has two trucks and a boat which r n his name only. we have seperate bank accounts. both of our names r on the home deed and land. i do not know how much longer i will b able to work. he is convinced that everything that is n his name is his and i will get nothing n the divorce. i still have student loans that were taken out during the early part of the marraige. will i have to leave w/poor health, all of the bills and get nothing of the property or of the $ n his bank account, boat and trucks. He does not have to drive to work, i do, and my vehicle is 13 years old. he even claims that i will have to pay him spousel support.

There are not enough facts here for an opinion on support.
But on the assets and liabilities ....
It does not matter whose name is on what. Everything created during the marriage: assets, liabilities (including student loans) are marital and will be divided or assigned.
