    Default Motorcycle laws

My stepdaughter has been divorced for about a year. She asked her former husband to sign an agreement that he would not take their children, now age 5 and 17 months, for rides on his motorcycle. He agreed. She learned yesterday that her former father-in-law took the 5 year old riding on one motorcycle and the father took the 17 month old on another. An old bicycle helmet was on the 17 month old and the father held her in front of him on his lap while driving with one hand. I understand there is no age limit in Florida for riding a motorcycle, but according to what I found on the internet the law states a passenger should have a seat, eyewear and foot rests.
Is this endangerment of a child? What can she do? Thank you.

I think it is foolish to do. But there is no specific law on this - as far as I know.

I do think a judgeicon would agree to restrict this activity. You should try filing a Motion under the original divorce case and hold a hearing.
