I separated from my ex husband. I then found out i was pregnant by some one else several months later. I then had my ex file for divorce. this was all done with in the week i found out about the pregnancy. When i signed my papers they stated that i wasnt pregnant even though i was. I was afraid that Florida law would not alow me the divorce if i was truthful. Now my ex is refusing to pay me the money he owes me for our house. He thinks that because i lied about being preg that a judge with say he doesnt have to pay me.
Is this at all true?

No, he can't. The pregnancy and the home are two seperate issues. You are entitled to the money and/or property awarded to you in the Final Judgment. You should seek enforcement of the Final Judgment.
