Default Alimony when spouse refuses to claim money

My spouse is a freelance photographer..She makes approx $10,000 in cash and checks throughout the year which she does not claim to the IRS. What can I do to add that into the equation if she requests alimonyicon from me?
She also refuses to get a job to help pay for bills, which I believe she is purposely doing so she can recieve alimony..To me this is unjust, that she will recieve additional money from me when her decisions are based out of irresponsibility..what are my options?? thanks in advance.

The money counts. But you have to prove it. Proof can be in the form of bank accounts showing deposits, photocopies of checks, client lists, accounting statements, etc.
