Default Husband refusing to help with bills

Husband is working out of state, LA., He has a very controlling and abusive personality. I have had to practically beg him in prior months to send money home to help me pay bills. He has aked for a divorce twice in the last 3 months then changes his mind. ( I'm tired of his head games & totally stressed) I'm collecting unemployment and looking for work, but my income is not enough to pay the bills here. ( But when he was laid off and I WAS working steady I was paying the bills. He makes 10 times the money that I make and he is refusing to help me. I have had to sell belongs to get by. And he knows this and still won't help me. We have only been married for 2 1/2 years. What advice can you give me?
I just don't know what to do.

In a two and one half year marriage - the duty of spousal support is weak and almost non-existent. You did not mention children so child supporticon is not an issue.

Sorry, but you need to make financial arrangements to move on with your life. If there was an ongoing divorce case there is some duty of temporary support. But that is not the case here.
