Child Support and custody

Me and ex husband got divorced in march of 09. He hired an attorney and got the custody of our kids( 0ne is 5 and the other 2). I ended up with visitation rights and child support whaich is 365 a month. I am unemployed thus it is very hard for me to pay the child support. My ex moved to NY and the kids were living with his parents in Florida. In september he took my eldest daughter to NY without informing me and now after few weeks he took the other one too. I was regular in my visitations but now and dont know what to do and who to ask for help. I know that not paying child support stands against me but its something that i had to do becasue of my unemployment. Can anyoone please help me regarding this matter.
