    Default Marriage fraud

    What neccessary steps do I need to take. I was completely blindsided and a victim of marriage fraud for immigration purposes? Can I cancel his Social security number I also got him medicare benefits under my name and I want him off? Can I get him off? Do I have to wait until divorce is final to do this? He has not had his final two year immigration status hearing yet. Several months ago I sent a letter to immigration withdrawing 1-130, and support doc., but I think that there is more I need to do. Immigration doesn't communicate with me. Help!

    Your best bet is to push forward with the divorce.
