    Default New some help

    Oct I went to my first court date so I can tell them why I thin the papers have been fraud. The medirtor or what ever he was didn't even listen to me and sided with him becouse he has a lawyer. I don't have much money can can not aford a lawyer I know I am going to appeal this. I was told I do not have to give the kids back to him until I have the court orders. I told him this but he wont listen to me. now he keeps calling asking for the kids what do I do?

    Based on your choice of words - I believe you were in a court hearing and the judgeicon entered an order.

    You need to comply with the order immediately - not just when the paperwork arrives at your house.
