    Default qdro form

I am divorced, my final decree did not have the appropriate language to address dividing my 403 plan. I have a pre-approved qdro form drafted. how do I go about filing it with the hillsborough county court system to get it signed by the judgeicon?

You have to get an agreement from the other party before submitting an order to the court. Then, the order should be submitted to a judgeicon.

This might be a bit easier having an attorney do it. The cost should be reasonable and the judge is more likely to sign the order by mail.
