You may have received an order for alimonyat the first hearing. I doubt the court will hear this type of issue at this point.
The main reason is that alimony is a more appropriate subject in a divorce case. So you should probably go ahead and file for divorce. If your situation supports alimony, sooner or later the court will address it.
