    Default Temporary reloaction with children

I am in the process of getting a divorce and through some legal manuvering by her lawyer she got the judgeicon to issue a temporary relocation order allowing her to move back to NY with her parents.

    Questions:

    1. Because she's in NY with the kids "temporarily" will this make it difficult for me to fight for primary custody when the divorce is final and get them back here?

    2. She and my children live with her parents in a 1000sq ft apartment. They (Boy 8 & Girl 6) sleep in a bunk bed in the same room. My wife either sleeps in the room (in their beds) with them or on the couch. Can the children share a room or must they have their own rooms. Do NY laws or FLA laws apply?

    3. She has placed our home posessions in storage here in FL while she's in NY without telling me. Can she do this?

    4. Now that she has a job in NY (probably hourly job) how do I go about finding out how much she's making since i'm paying alimonyicon based on her not being employed?

Not only difficult, but next to impossible.

There is no absolute standard but this situation sounds acceptable.

    For the moment yes.

If you are in an active case, your attorney can file a Request to Produce for her pay stubs.
