I do need your help...!!!!!
I married an american woman 5 years ago in florida... I am from aruba, i haven't seen her for the last 4 years... I want to divorce her..the last phone conversation i had with her she told me she wouldn't give me the divorce..she wants me back..no children involved here...i can not go to states because i do need a visa and immigration just denied me one few days ago..iam in canada now, and to apply for a visa i need to go back to my country...please, help me and tell me..what should i do..??? Should i apply for the divorce from here, canada..? Who should i contact..? I haven't seen her for 4 years...!!!! Please, i really need your help...!!!
