    Default Mommy misses her girls..

6 yrs after ex decided to sign divorce papers, he made a stipulation, he was to be named "primary" parent. Since being remarried, he will not allow our children to spend the night. (because of his dislike and contempt for my new spouse) which by the way, has never been in trouble, nor has he or would he hurt our children.
Our children are 10 & 11. They miss me and always want to ge with me.
He is hindering my loving stable relationship with our daughters. Threatening to pursue child supporticon and get IRS involved.
Is this legal and should I worry? Or, is he bluffing?

Look at your Marital Settlement Agreement or Final Judgment. You can enforce the visitation/time-sharing stated in that document. If you do not have any specific visitation, then you may need to seek relief from the court (modificationicon).

He can always enforce or seek child supporticon from you - whether you enforce time-sharing or not.
