Married someone from another country & they went back

I married a woman from Turkey while in the military in Turkey. She has gone back to Turkey (4 years ago) & I have been trying to get her cooperation to get a divorce for 2 years now. My lawyer seems to keep putting me off. In fact even though a so called lawyer has emailed my real lawyer saying he is my wifes lawyer, he refuses to sign anything stating so. How can I get around this? I have spent 2 years with my lawyer giving me one excuse after another about why we can't get it done, the whole time charging me. We have a small house & 2 children. HELP! It has cost me thousends already & I fear my lawyer is just bilking me at this point!
