    Default Custody-He's working, I'm not

I've been married 2 1/2 years...have a 16 month old...husband moved out and right in with another woman who is just coming out of a relationship where cops are called often.

I've not worked much (about 6 months earlier this year) since birth of son....husband wanted it that way until past few months and now says all is my fault. I have always been primary caregiver.

We've lived with my parents since prior to marriage and my son and I are still with them.

He says he'll get custody because he has a job. Is this true?

No, this is not true. There are several factors that the courts look at regarding custody. Stability of the parents, stability of the home and significant others are some of the factors, however, there are about 20 factors that the courts look at.
