my son does not have custody of his children he pays child support but his ex wife is dealing drugs, and has men in the house, and has just beat up her eldist child a girl of 16yrs old. he has 2 other children one is autistic, what can be done for him to get custody of the kids. he has limited resourses due to the child support he is paying yet he is worried about the safety of his children

First of all, if they are in danger or in harm of being abused abandoned or neglected or are in a situation where they are exposed to drugs, I would call and have DCF investigate the situation. Other than that, you will need to file a paternity action. That is the vehicle which will start the custody battle in the courts.
