Full financial disclosure and bank statements
My ex and I are in the process of divorcing, we are filing the paperwork ourselves, he has provided me with financial documents, Tax returs, W-2 and pay stubs however, he has only provided me with page 1 of his bank statements and will not give me the rest of the pages to each statement. Doesn't the full financial disclosure law in Florida require him to provide me with all pages of his bank statements?
Thank you for your help

Yes but .....
That is a technicality and is not clear. But you can make a formal request for the information (Request to Produce) and he must comply with the request. If he does not, you can schedule a court hearing to force his compliance.

scuse me, on that issue.... I submitted financial affidavits but omitted the 'transactions" section of my VISA credit card statements (3 months). Who's business is it (where) I made a purchase? The statement shows everything else - the balance paid each month - the amount charged for the month - interest paid, rates, everything except... I just omitted individual transactions, thinking it is a privacy issue.
Should I expect a problem?

Request to Produce Documents
I have Request to Produce from the date of my marriage 14 yrs ago!
How in the world would I do that for c cards and bank statements. I have to pay the cost? He has all that in his possession!

That someone you can ignore. Technically you are supposed to file a Motion for a protective order. But I doubt a judge
will enforce a request for 14 years.
