If your ex is behind in his child supportpayments then you should let Department of Revenue know (which it appears you have already done). They keep track of the payments (so long as the payments are through the State Disbursement Unit and not paid directly to you) and will likely suspend his driver's license if he does not become current. The agency has powers across state lines. If he is supposed to pay you directly you might need to file a Rule to Show Cause or Motion for Contempt in your underlying case.
