    Question Fla. law 50% split?

Ok, found out gambling husband has taken aprox. 70K out of OUR savings for last 32 yrs. When I divorce will I be entitled to receive 1/2 of the money he already spent if I can document it within the last 2 yrs= the 70K I am speaking about? Or because it is gone, they don't count that?

That does qualify as a wrongful dissipation of marital assets. But you will have to prove that. It will not be an automatic conclusion.

Yes, you will have to document it as detailed as possible. On a good note, you are not necessarily limited to the last 2 years.
