    Default pre marital property

We have been together for 12.5 years, married for 2.5 I have purchased property prior to the marrage, but during the relationship, four rentals and our primary, all property is in my name. I take care of all payments, ins, taxes, upkeep, and tenants. Spouse has not worked full time in 10 years, since then mainly part time. What is the spouse entitled to? Thanks.

The only thing that matters is the period in which yo have been married. You should be entitled to the lion's share (if not all) of the real property purchased before the marriage.

In a 2.5 year marriage alimonyicon will not be on the radar.
