    Default Child Support Enforcement

My son’s ex is being taken to court by child supporticon Enforcement for back payment of child support. She lost her job shortly after they were divorced and so has never paid any child support. Her lawyer, according to her, is telling her that they are going to get child support out of my son because he now makes more money than she does. His only source of income is his SSD and it doesn’t even cover his expenses and so he was forced to get food stamps and Medicaid for the 2 boys. They are supposed to have 50/50 Shared parentingicon but until CSE caught up with her he had them most of the time. She lives with her parents so has less expenses than he does.

So, truth or another one of her fantasies? Can they take his Disability for Child Support. I know it was considered as income in the original Parenting Plan.

That can go either way. But there is not enough here for a proper answer.
