    Default Child support and summers

    Hello,

In the 5 years I have been divorced, my ex has never taken our son for the 1 month in the summer and 1 week for winter break (as stated in our divorce papers). We live in the same town. When I told him it is time he start doing so he said no problem but that he will not be paying child supporticon that month/week.

    My questions:

If our papers do not state that support stops what is the default rule?

How can I get him to take our son AND still pay?

Thank you in advance for your help!!

    Default

You cannot force him to take the child. If he wants to be a bad parent - there is no cure for that.

The default rule - child supporticon does not stop.
