    Default child support enforcement

ex husband use to be self employed but is now employed locally. child supporticon states I am the enforcing agent and need to send my old deduction order to his current employer. He is working for a sub contractor and I am unble to locate which one on the project he is working on. He offered to tell me the company name if I will file with the court some sort of document that forgives the last two years of back child support. (not willing). Is there a way to enforce child support other than this. Should I spent the money on a good private investigator or a good attorney?

    Default

    You could use both.

But if you only can afford one, a private attorney is best suited to get the support money for you.
