    Default Timesharing

My ex and I were never married and have a court date in March to determine paternity timesharing ect. My suggested parentingicon plan includes, Mon.6-10 Wed.6-10 Fri.6-10 and everyother Sat3-10 which those are the times he gets off work. And then after our son reaches a year old every other weekend Fri.6pm until Sun. 6pm.
His plan is time split right down the middle, he keeps him one week, then me the next. Even though he works all the time and I'm able to take care of him.

So my question is how likely is it that the judgeicon will agree with either of these. And if the judge doesn't agree with either of these what type of plan does the judge usually set?

And on a side note do you offer payment plans?
    Thank You!

This sort of thing is highly dependent on the particular judgeicon you get. So it is tough to say.

One major factor in the decision: the history of both parents and how much time they spent with the child. I do think the judge will be inclined to let him have some overnights. But again, it seems like a roll of the dice sometimes.

Yes, on limited occasions, we take payments.
