    Default modifying child support

My daughter's father has not had my daughter overnight for about 6 years but we have shared custody. On our court papers it said he was supposed to pick her up 2 days yes 2 days no. He also claims her in his taxes every other year but he hasn't had her overnight but maybe one or two days if that. He says that in the court papers there are some things that she no longer does like some activities that she did when she was young and also her summer school. But I've had her all these years because he would take her and bring her back the same day. I feed her and run around with her, take her to doctors, care for her when she is sick and not to mention I clothe her, she will be sixteen in february. What do you think I should do because he is the one who want to go to court again.

You need some sort of proof that shows the past patterns. Proof would include witnesses, receipts from activities, doctors receipts, testimony, etc. A potential witness may also be a neighbor of his that has not seen the child at his house.
