hi. i am in the middle of a divorce, we have temp parenting agreement. i am not happy with it, but i did agree to it. typical agreement, i get kids every other weekend and a couple of visits during the week. mother has primary custody and lives in marital home. I want 50/50 custody. one week with mother, one week with me, or some kind of hybrid agreement getting to 50/50 time sharing. mother has been stay at home mom for 20 years, i have been bread winner. does father have a chance to get 50/50 custody? and what happens to child support as I would need some or all of that money to establish a nice home for my kids?

That is a tough goal if Mom has been the stay at home parent. It is even tougher because you signed an agreement to the contrary.
