    Default Getting him out

My daughter is about to file for divorce. How does she get 'him' out? There's no physical abuse, but constant mental. He's unemployed and contributes very little to raising their children, one of which is special needs.

In most jurisdictions - there is no quick way. If there was the threat of violence - she would file for a Domestic Violence Injunction. That would remove him from the house instantly. If there is no threat of violence - she has to work within her divorce case. It could take up to 6 months.
