    Default child Support

    Non custodial parent was the custodial parent for the immediate 5 preceding years, and is married with additional child with new spouse. Child custody changed. Child relocated. Now the amount of child supporticon makes it impossible to manage household budjets. Previously income was enough to pay morgage, medical expenses, etc. Now the child support payments will wreck family budjet. We had maintained our household with the same salary. Now we can't because of the child support payments. What can I do?

    You can petition to modify child supporticon and to deviate from the support guidelines. Unfortunately most judges will not consider increased household expenses as a reason to change support.
