    Default Home and Military retirement

    We have been married for less than two years. She moved in with me, owned the house 5 years prior to meeting wife. My name is the only one on the deed and loan, wondering if she can get this? What part of my military retirement is she entitled to? I just retired

    Chances are that she will not receive much, if any of the value of the home.

    Any retirement funds built up during the marriage will be marital and subject to division. Anything built up before will not be subject to division.
