    Default Moving out of state.

I will be moving out of state (I have a signed notarized permission from him saying okay to take our son). Do I still file the divorce here in FL or wait for residency in NC and file there? Wasn't sure if one state better than other and/or any laws regarding the state of marriage and birth of son?

In general it would be better to file in the new state. But one or the other State's laws may be more beneficial. I am only qualified to discuss Florida law.
