    Exclamation annulment question

    I married january 16 my wife is german. we got married in florida and i live in new jersey and she lives in Florida. she doesn't want to move in new jersey. we live separate since we got married. i want to annul my marriage, should i go to florida or can i file my stuff in new jersey? do my wife have to sign any paper or can i do it without her knowledge? if i cant do it in new jersey what paper do i need to get annuled my marriage in Florida and how long does it take to get annuled my marriage in Florida?

    In your particular situation - you can most likely get an annulment. I cannot comment on NJ - you must speak with an attorney there.

    You are not going to be able to do this without her knowledge.
