    Default Enforcement of Parenting Plan

What punishment, if any, would I receive in the event I do not adhere to the final version of a parentingicon Plan post Final Judgement. i.e. Not having the children with me on the designated weekends, holidays, or vacation days ? The children's custodial parent would be my ex-wife.

I doubt there would be any consequences for not exercising your own parentingicon time.

    Default Is this true?

What about where the parentingicon was 50/50 and so the child supporticon was based on that. Wouldn't the parent that has the child (or children) more now deserve more financial support?

Yes, that is a very good point.

When the overnights of the non-majority parent reach 146 nights/year - child supporticon is calculated using a special formula. That formula is sensitive to the exact number of overnights.

So the answer is: yes, child support may be open to change in the situation you described.

Also, there is the principle of "use it or lose it." You may lose the additional time you have if you do not use it over the long haul.
