Default Child Support Over Age 18

My daughter turned 18 in November 2009. Our divorce decree from 1993 says that my ex must pay child supporticon until she turns 18. However, back in 2005 he agreed to pay until she graduated from high school which will be June 2010 and I still have the emails where he agreed to it all. Now all of a sudden he says he can't pay anymore, just like that he's done. Can I still enforce his agreement to pay until she graduates or am I out of luck???

    Default

Emails are probably not enforceable. But you should bring the last court order in for an opinion. Because the default under Florida Statutes would require support until graduation.
